Training & Quality Officer (m/f) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training & Quality Officer at The Five Star Balmoral Hotel.
This role will involve supporting the HR Manager in the Quality Management function by conducting regular Quality audits and observations throughout the hotel as well as providing a general HR service for the hotel. You will be involved in the Induction process and will actively participate in the delivery of training sessions.
Having worked in a similar role in a fast-paced and busy environment you will be customer focused with an approachable personality and the ability to establish positive relations quickly. It is essential that you are able to multi-task under pressure and deal with challenging situations in a confident and professional manner.
