Your Impact with Us:
- Daily Revenue Control – You verify daily income from the Property Management System (Opera Cloud) and ensure accurate postings.
- Monitoring Revenue Streams – Whether hotel, F&B, or retail: you keep a close eye on all revenues and contribute to the financial integrity of the property.
- Supporting Operational Departments – You train team members on POS and booking systems, promoting accuracy and smooth daily operations.
- Ad-Hoc Analyses for Senior Management – You provide precise reports and insights to support informed, strategic decisions.
- Payment Data Reconciliation – Using tools like Matchbox, you ensure payments are accurately posted and transparently documented.
- System Maintenance & Process Development – You actively contribute to the evolution of our financial systems and bring your own ideas to improve workflows.
This is you
- A background in commercial or hospitality education with initial experience in finance and accounting – ideally in the hotel or service industry.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
- A precise, responsible working style and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking, digital savviness, and familiarity with tools like Opera Cloud, Tcpos, TAC, Matchbox, Abacus, etc.
- A true team player who takes initiative and enjoys shaping processes.
- Confident handling of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
