Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all group and event-related enquiries
  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel professionals
  • Lead site visits and client consultations to identify expectations and tailor offerings accordingly
  • Plan, coordinate and execute high-quality events, including conferences, celebrations, and group stays
  • Ensure seamless communication across departments for optimal event delivery
  • Prepare detailed event orders, manage logistics and monitor each step until completion
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted upselling and package optimization
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts for group business
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop seasonal campaigns and boost visibility
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while managing budgets and cost structures
  • Supervise and support the events team
  • Provide leadership to the events team, including training and quality assurance

Your Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, setup, compliance, and guest satisfaction
  • Multilingual (especially English and French, German is a plus)
  • Several years of work experience in events and groups sales, also in a leadership role
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Event Management or related field
  • Experience managing weddings, corporate retreats, incentive groups and bespoke private events
