 Sales & Marketing Coordinator – 100%

About the role:

This role offers a broad insight into the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, with a special focus on the further development of our CRM system and ensuring proper data usage within the team. You will work closely with the Director of Sales (DOS) and the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, and marketing activities.
• Maintain internal dashboards for group offers and campaign tracking.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Identify and qualify B2B leads, support the Sales Manager and DOS in client outreach.
• Assist in the further development of our CRM system (e.g., Monday.com, Mews) in collaboration with the DOS.
• Ensure correct use of the CRM system by other team members, including corrections and support.
• Support in the creation of presentations, sales materials, and analyses.
• Promote internal communication between hotel teams and headquarters and support daily operations.
• Collaborate with external agencies, proofread texts in German and English.
• Maintain and update OTA content (e.g., booking platforms).
• Document campaign results and key learnings.

Your Profile:

• Degree or Higher Education Diploma (e.g., in hospitality, marketing, communications, or business).

• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken – this is essential

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently after onboarding.

• Confident using MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); Canva knowledge is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools (e.g. Mews, Monday.com) is highly desirable but not decisional.

• French or additional languages are a plus.
