Your Responsibilities

Do you have a passion for  wellness and love creating spaces where guests can truly unwind? As our Spa Manager, you’ll inspire your team to deliver unforgettable spa experiences in an atmosphere of calm, care, and excellence

Starting Date: As soon as possible

• Full responsibility for the spa and wellness areas (treatments, beauty, fitness, and pool)

• Leading, motivating, and developing a professional spa team

• Ensuring top-level guest satisfaction and service quality

• Designing and implementing innovative spa concepts and services

• Budget planning, cost control, and duty roster coordination

• Close collaboration with departments such as Housekeeping and F&B

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

What we expect

• Completed training in spa, wellness, hospitality, or a related field, ideally with management certification

• Several years of experience in a similar position

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Passion for wellness and an eye for detail

• Excellent guest service orientation and quality awareness

• Fluent in English (German is an advantage)

• Well-groomed appearance and high level of professionalism
