A market-leading company in the luxury service sector is looking for a Head of Human Resources (gn) Switzerland. This senior position combines strategic leadership with operational HR management across multiple sites in Switzerland. You will work in an international, high-performance environment where excellence and discretion are key. Start date: no later than mid-September 2025.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, contracts, payroll (Mirus), and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, social security, and L-GAV
• Support managers in conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters
• Manage staff housing and liaise with Swiss authorities
• Drive HR projects such as digitalization, training, and employer branding

Your Requirements

• HR experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or services
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law and payroll processes
• Fluent in French and English, German an advantage
• Willingness to travel weekly between Geneva and the Bernese Oberland
• Swiss/EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
