Support the Asst. Housekeeping Manager by overseeing evening operations and ensuring smooth guest interactions. Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise, train, and audit the housekeeping team on cleaning, hygiene, and evening service standards.
Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to coordinate evening tasks and resolve any operational issues.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met before evening arrivals and overnight stays.
Review sold room reports, verify room status, resolve discrepant rooms with the Front Desk, and ensure readiness for late check-ins and guest requests.
Prepare, update, and communicate changes in evening room assignments. Ensure smooth handover of information to the night shift and management.
Complete required documentation and communicate operational issues to the next shift.
Assist in training, guiding, motivating, and evaluating evening team members to maintain high performance and service excellence.
Ensure all staff follow company policies, safety, and security procedures. Report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents promptly.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct, safeguard company assets, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Anticipate guest needs during the evening shift, delivering the highest quality of service and exceeding expectations.
