Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast service according to our culinary standards

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast operation from preparation to service

• Preparing egg dishes, hot breakfast items, and à la carte breakfast orders

• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and ensuring an attractive presentation throughout service

• Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) in the kitchen

• Managing the mise en place for breakfast and preparing ingredients for the following day

• Working closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Supporting the kitchen team with additional preparation when required

Your requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment

• Culinary training or professional kitchen experience is an advantage

• Passion for cooking and high-quality food preparation

• A structured, reliable, and proactive working attitude

• Ability to work independently in the early morning and organise the breakfast service efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Good knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Team spirit and good communication with the service and kitchen teams

• Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance

• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations

• Passion for hospitality
