The role focuses on caring for and treating employees who are ill or have had an accident, and assessing whether further medical treatment is required.
This includes arranging appointments with our company doctor or, for emergencies, with a hospital.
Your job includes maintaining staff medical records with care while observing data-protection requirements.
Managing the staff medical room and ensuring that medical and first-aid supplies are complete, stored correctly and within their expiry dates is also a main task.
You will assist with accident reports and coordinate follow-up care with HR, doctors and hospitals.
Occasionally, support is also provided to our hotel guests to ensure their well-being.
Completed nursing qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience
Good written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
Empathy, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure
Confident use of standard IT applications
Fixed-term seasonal position from the beginning of December 2026 until the end of March 2027, with the possibility of returning for future seasons
Part-time employment possible
Five-day working week averaging 43.5 hours, adjusted according to the agreed workload
Five weeks of annual leave and six public holidays per year
13th-month salary from the start of employment, paid pro rata
