Luxury Housekeeping Specialist (m/f/d) – 5-Star Swiss & LQA Standards

Are you an experienced housekeeping professional with a proven track record in 5-star luxury hospitality?

experienced Room Attendants who take pride in flawless presentation, discreet service, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury housekeeping.
Your Responsibilities:
- Flawless Room Maintenance: Daily cleaning, turndown (evening service), and deep maintenance of guest rooms and luxury suites in strict accordance with 5-star Swiss, LQA, and Forbes Travel Guide guidelines.
- Eye for Detail: Ensuring pristine presentation of furniture, luxury textiles, floral arrangements, and guest amenities to create an unforgettable first impression.
- Public & Guest Area Care: Assisting with the upkeep of high-profile guest areas, public rest spaces, and back-of-house logistics as required.
- Guest Delight & Service: Managing minibar replenishment, handling guest requests with utmost discretion, and delivering personalized service touches.
- Quality & Hygiene: Adhering strictly to hotel hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and efficient linen/inventory management.
This is you:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Room Attendant strictly in a 5-star luxury hotel (experience in top-tier Swiss or Alpine luxury properties is strongly preferred).
- Standard Knowledge: Solid understanding of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and/or Forbes Travel Guide standards in housekeeping.
- Mindset & Discretion: Absolute reliability, physical resilience, impeccable manners, and complete discretion when interacting with high-net-worth international guests.
- Language Skills: Functional conversational skills in English OR German (ability to follow instructions, safety standards, and guest requests); Italian is a strong advantage.
- Appearance: Flawless personal grooming and a professional demeanor at all times.
