To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees for the upcoming winter season 2026/27.

Your main tasks

• Prepare and set up the pastry kitchen and equipment, ensuring all workstations are functional and all equipment is operated correctly and with the utmost care.
• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries and desserts according to the instructions of supervisors, including items for hotel guests, special events, and employee meals, while supporting a balanced and high-quality food offering.
• Prepare the breakfast buffet, including baking and finishing viennoiserie and bread.
• Support compliance with food hygiene regulations and ensure the proper use and management of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Assist supervisors with the purchasing and ordering of daily pastry ingredients and supplies.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of food in refrigerated, dry storage, freezer, and waste areas.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene throughout the pastry kitchen, storage areas, equipment, machinery, and food preparation areas.

Your profile

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or completion of a professional culinary/pastry apprenticeship; luxury hotel experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, desserts, breads, and breakfast pastry preparation.
• Good understanding of food safety, HACCP principles, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistent quality.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn from senior chefs and contribute to the pastry team.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage in an international luxury hotel environment.
