Your main tasks

• Assistance in the preparation of delicious dinners and a variety of à la carte dishes
• Support in creating various themed buffets
• Assisting the Gardemanger, Entremetier, and Saucier sections

Your profile

• Assist in the preparation of meals for guests, events, and employees according to the instructions of supervisors
• Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food and service
• Help ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations
• Contribute to the preparation of balanced and nutritious meals
• Assist with the proper handling and management of kitchen supplies and materials
• Support supervisors with the procurement of food and supplies required for daily operations
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishment needs
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in all food storage areas
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Help ensure that all kitchen equipment, machinery, and food products are handled and maintained according to company standards
