Your responsibilities:

• Providing warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and during events

• Taking care of guests from welcome to farewell and ensuring a memorable dining experience

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages according to our quality standards

• Preparing and maintaining the service stations before, during, and after service

• Supporting the Chef de Rang or, depending on experience, independently managing a service station

• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front office teams

Your requirements:

• Experience in service, ideally in a restaurant or hotel environment

• Training in hospitality is an advantage

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction

• A team-oriented, reliable, and proactive working attitude

• Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance

• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations

• Good knowledge of German and English (additional languages are a plus)

• We are looking for candidates who already have accommodation in the Gstaad area, as no staff housing is available.
