The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5*-Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a Spa.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our BAR team for the summer season. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a 5-star environment or hotel setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverage experiences. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests at the bar and restaurant areas
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar menu offerings
Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with bar preparation
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
Work closely with service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a calm and professional attitude during high-volume service periods
Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star environment or within a hotel setting
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service standards
Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure
Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills
Team player with strong communication abilities
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
