Our hotel ***** Grand Hotel Belvedere- Beaumier Hotels, has been welcoming guests from all over the world in the heart of the Jungfrau village of Wengen.
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the values of our hotel.
Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests at all times
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks according to established service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues professionally
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
Set up and prepare restaurant areas before service and assist with closing duties
Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate
Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism during busy service periods
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or within the hotel/hospitality industry
Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve skills
Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
