Our hotel ***** Grand Hotel Belvedere- Beaumier Hotels, has been welcoming guests from all over the world in the heart of the Jungfrau village of Wengen.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Food Runner to join our team for the summer season. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in food service who are eager to develop their skills and grow within a high-standard, 5-star hospitality environment. The successful candidate will support the service team in delivering smooth, efficient, and high-quality dining experiences to our guests.
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
Ensure all dishes are presented according to the hotel’s service and quality standards
Assist waitstaff during service to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
Support with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Assist in preparation and setup before service and closing duties after service
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during busy service periods
Respond quickly to guest & team needs to support excellent service flow
Previous experience in a restaurant or food & beverage outlet in a similar position
Positive attitude and strong willingness to grow within the 5-star hospitality industry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
