Your responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail

• Participate in a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests

• Take responsibility for smooth operations in your area of expertise and compliance with the highest quality standards

• Take charge of the station in the absence of the Chef de Partie

• Coordinate and monitor workflows and the quality of side dishes and soups

• Instruct and guide Commis

• Proactively implement sustainable food concepts

• Independently ensure quality and hygiene control

Must haves

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef/cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy

• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence in all areas

• Willingness to take responsibility and guide team members

• Strong understanding of quality and hygiene

• Proven experience as a Commis, ideally in the upscale segment

• Enjoyment of variety, innovation, and sustainability

• Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented

• Very good English skills as the company language

• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment
