- Station Ownership: You take full responsibility for your section, managing it with autonomy and ensuring every plate meets our 5-star standards.
- Culinary Leadership: You act as a role model, embodying the Kulm principles and inspiring your team through continuous improvement and a "can-do" attitude.
- Operational Mastery: You organize your workspace with surgical precision and plan daily activities to ensure a flawless service, even during peak hours.
- Quality Guardian: You uphold the highest health and food safety regulations (HACCP) as a second nature, ensuring the well-being of our guests and colleagues.
- Agility: You are ready to step up and lead the "partie" whenever needed, demonstrating true ownership and reliability.
This is you
- Background: Completed professional culinary training and solid experience in a similar role—ideally within the luxury hospitality or high-end gastronomy sector.
- Language: You are fluent in English. Any additional languages (German and/or Italian) are a great advantage in our multicultural team.
- Mindset: You possess excellent time-management skills and stay cool when the heat is on.
