Your responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to our international guests
• Build rapport with guests and address special requests
• Give expert advice on food and beverages at the highest level
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards
• Set and maintain elegant table settings
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and management staff
• Take responsibility for the preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
• Ensure smooth operations within the team

Must haves

• You have experience in luxury hospitality or a high‑end/premium restaurant and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences

• You speak fluent, professional‑level English and are also fluent in at least one of our other main languages (German or French)

• You bring outstanding professional knowledge and a true passion for exceptional service

• A well‑groomed appearance and a confident yet warm presence come naturally to you

• You are a host at heart, dedicated to creating special moments for our guests

• Even in a fast‑paced environment, you remain calm, flexible and a strong team player
