Daily mise en place and preparation of the various dessert creations for the menus
Preparation of à la carte desserts and the dessert buffet
Preparation of ice creams and sorbets
Completed pastry chef training or culinary training with experience in pâtisserie
Good language skills in German, English and/or French
Creative and helpful personality with a strong team spirit
Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
Interesting and varied work environment
