• Creativity at the Buffet: You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of our magnificent daily buffet. From precisely sliced fresh fruits to the finest small pastries – every detail matters.
• Master of Egg Dishes: Whether it is fluffy omelets or perfect Eggs Benedict – you prepare à la carte orders with mastery and speed.
• Quality and Care: You oversee the storage of raw materials and guarantee absolute freshness. Order and hygiene (HACCP) are your calling card.
• Team Spirit: When needed, you actively support the Chefs de Partie and work together to maintain our excellent standards.

The early bird catches the worm. While others are still slumbering, you are performing at your best. We are looking for a sunny personality who loves the early morning and accompanies our guests into the day with energy and a smile:

• Education: You are a certified chef or have at least 2 years of specific professional experience in this field.
• Skills: You have mastered various cooking methods and breakfast pastry arts.
• Mindset: You implement the hotel's standard recipes with confidence and have an eye for continuous improvement.
• Reliability: Punctuality, as well as maintaining personal hygiene and a clean workspace, are second nature to you.
• Languages: Italian as well as English or German.
