To strengthen our Technical Department, we are looking for a qualified and hands-on Maintenance Manager with a strong background in electrical systems. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of all technical installations, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and operational performance.
• Lead, organise, and schedule the technical team, including on-call duty planning
• Ensure high-quality maintenance standards and safe working practices
• Oversee all technical installations (electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, pool/spa, infrastructure)
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance and repair works
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B;
• Contribute to energy efficiency and cost control initiatives
• Support a seamless guest experience through reliable technical operations
• Completed vocational training in a technical field (electrician preferred)
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and building infrastructure
• First leadership experience with strong team management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and technical systems
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and organised
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Driving licence (Category B)
• Willingness for on-call duty (approx. 1 week per month)
• Good English; additional languages are an advantage
