About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department, the Service Casuals are responsible for assisting with service delivery, maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards, and contributing to smooth operations across all F&B outlets. The Service Casual reports to the respective F&B Manager or F&B Supervisor.

As a service casual, you will be responsible for the following duties:  

• Support the F&B team in delivering exceptional, high-standard guest service
• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation meet luxury standards
• Help maintain flawless cleanliness, mise-en-place, and setup of dining and service areas
• Provide operational support across multiple outlets, including banquets, brasserie, bar, lounge, rooftop, and room service
• Ensure smooth service flow by clearing, resetting, and replenishing tables and service stations
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams while adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and luxury service protocols
