Completed vocational training in restaurant service or relevant professional experience.
Strong industry knowledge and proven experience in a five-star hotel environment or fine dining establishment.
Excellent command of Italian and English; German and additional languages are an advantage.
Able to work independently and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for sales and guest engagement.

Fixed-term seasonal position from immediately until the start of September 2026. Opportunity to return for future seasons.
Average 5-day working week with 43.5 hours per week.
5 weeks of annual leave and 6 public holidays per year.
13th salary from the start of employment (pro rata).
