Your main tasks

• Prepare daily menus, including cold and hot appetizers as well as the salad buffet
• Prepare mise en place for the breakfast buffet
• Participate in daily briefings with the kitchen team regarding menus, banquets, and special events
• Prepare staff meals
• Support lunch service for the restaurant, bar, lobby, terrace, and room service
• Support dinner service, including half-board and à la carte operations
• Monitor and control mise en place within the Garde Manger section
• Prepare mise en place for the à la carte menu and various outlets, including:
  • Terrace
  • Lobby
  • Bar
  • Restaurant
  • Room Service
  • Banquets and Events
  • Coffee Breaks (sandwiches and canapés)
• Prepare appetizer and aperitif offerings
• Assemble and present amuse-bouches
• Assist and support other kitchen sections and team members as required
• Submit food and supply orders to the Executive Chef (one day in advance)
• Receive and inspect deliveries; verify storage temperatures and expiration dates, label products, and store them appropriately
• Monitor refrigerator temperatures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Perform regular cleaning of all refrigeration units
• Carry out daily cleaning of the workstation in accordance with hygiene standards
• Perform additional duties as outlined in the detailed job description and operational requirements
