Your key responsibilities
You will support the Head of PR & Marketing in both administrative and operational activities, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
You will assist in the creation, coordination, and production of high-quality marketing and printed materials that reflect the prestigious image of Badrutt's Palace Hotel.
You will contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and advertising projects across various communication channels.
You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and continuously enhancing the hotel's websites, ensuring an engaging, accurate, and inspiring online presence.
You will prepare reports, analyses, and marketing statistics, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and the continuous optimization of marketing activities.
You will manage and develop the hotel's social media channels by creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and fostering an active and engaged online community.
You will support the planning, coordination, and hosting of site inspections, media visits, and press trips, ensuring that Badrutt's Palace Hotel is presented at the highest standard and receives positive media exposure.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and the successful execution of marketing and public relations initiatives.
You will actively contribute new ideas and creative solutions to strengthen the hotel's brand awareness and reinforce its position as one of the world's leading luxury hotels.
What you bring to the job
You are an enthusiastic marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and combines creativity with excellent organizational skills.
Ideally, you bring:
A degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury brands, marketing, or public relations is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and digital marketing tools.
Experience with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication.
A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A professional, confident, and service-oriented personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.
