Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, iron, press, fold, and finish hotel linen, uniforms, terry items, and guest laundry in accordance with hotel quality standards.
• Inspect all laundry items for stains, damage, or wear, ensuring items requiring special treatment or repair are handled appropriately.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure clean linen and uniforms are processed, organized, and distributed to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic laundry area while adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle all hotel and guest property with care and professionalism, ensuring the highest quality of service at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
• Experience in a Luxury Hotel in the laundry department is an advantage.
• Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
• Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
