INTRODUCTION

Considered as one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotel in Gstaad, LE GRAND BELLEVUE combines the luxury and the sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.

We are looking for someone for the Summer Season 2025 in the position of:

Chef de Partie Pastry (m/w)

Chef de Partie Kitchen (m/w)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize the kitchen
• Prepare hot and cold starters
• Pay attention to details
• Responsible and managing 2-3 colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years of experiece as Chef de Partie or similar role
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
• Team spirit, creative and flexible
