Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure seamless booking experiences
  • Verify VIP arrivals and coordinate personalized in-room amenities and upgrades
  • Conduct market research and maintain detailed follow-up records to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure flawless execution of Banquet Event Orders with a strong focus on quality and detail
  • Maximize revenue from food, beverage, and event spaces through strategic upselling
  • Develop and implement creative sales initiatives together with Sales & EAM Commercial team
  • Assist in maintaining banquet, food and beverage cost for highest profit
  • Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building for the resort and spa
  • Constantly assess marketing strategies and tactics to remain relevant and effective
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and safety regulations in all operational areas

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Bilingual in English and French, with German is an asset
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, sales, and event management
  • Familiarity with Opera and Delphi Salesforce systems is an advantage
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview of hotel operations
  • Professional communication skills and confident interaction with clients across all communications channels
