Chalet Host

Full and part-time possibilities.
For our private Chalet in Saas-Fee we are looking for a Chalet Host:

Responsibilities:

• Check-In / Check-Out
• Independent and responsible work
• Maintenance and cleaning of the chalet
• You will clean the chalet daily, carry out a more thorough deep clean on changeover day. It's hard work so a decent level of fitness is a must
• Managing any maintenance and cleaning 3rd party providers
• Ensure the chalet is kept clean and tidy and that health and hygiene standards are met
• Host and main point of contact for all guests
• Maintaining and managing the surroundings of the Chalet (Snow Clearance, gardening, etc..)
• Act as a source of information for guests and be the first point of contact for any guest queries, providing a high level of customer service at all times
• You will get to know your guests really well during their stay. Guests often leave feedback remarking how their Chalet Host made their stay special and memorable
• Close collaboration with the Chalet Manager
• Assisting the Chalet Manager in converting guests in return guests

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, Charismatic and confident, Problem-solver, Team player
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• A flexible, hands-on and proactive approach
• Experience in a Luxury environment preferred (5* Hotels, Yachting, Private Jets, Butler, etc.)
• Languages: English is a must, French and/or German Language preferred
• Basic IT skills preferred
• Driver’s license Cat. B (Must!)
