Your Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate an international team with passion and foresight
- Develop creative cocktail concepts inspired by the latest bar trends
- Ensure smooth operations, from inventory management to impeccable presentation
- Train and develop your team to guarantee service excellence
- Be a heartfelt host, creating unforgettable moments for our guests
- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the Kulm experience
This is you
- Completed training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, ideally as a bartender
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire a multicultural team
- Keen sense of trends and innovations in the bar scene
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- start: June 2025, seasonal contract
