- Product Sales: Advising and selling exclusive Philip B products to offer our guests a luxurious at-home care experience.
- Team Leadership: Effective scheduling and supervision of the team, including time tracking and creating work schedules to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Ordering and Inventory Control: Careful ordering and management of products and small materials, as well as regular inventory checks to ensure we are always well-stocked.
- Internal Orders: Efficient handling of internal hotel orders for beverages and cleaning products to maintain the high standard of our salon.
- Operational Processes: Ensuring a seamless flow of all treatments and services in the salon.
- Hygiene Management: Diligent cleaning of the salon and equipment, as well as strict adherence to all hygiene regulations to ensure a pristine and safe environment.

This is you
- Completed hairdressing training
- At least 3 years of experience in hairdressing with demanding clientele, ideally in 4 or 5-star hospitality
- Language skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
