At MRH-Zermatt, we are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and highly organized HR Coordinator to become the heart of our Human Resources team, with a start date as soon as possible. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Welcome Desk – create a warm, helpful, and professional first impression.
  • Provide proactive employee support and help resolve issues with care and discretion.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding – from contracts to keys and everything in between.
  • Maintain organized HR records and systems (HRIS) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support and help organize trainings, employee events, and internal communication.
  • Be a trusted HR partner, upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and the Michel Reybier Hospitality culture.

What we expect from you:

  • Education in hospitality or business; HR certification is a plus
  • Fluent German (oral and written) and a good level of English
  • Background in administration, or human resources
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, HRIS systems, and digital communication
  • Friendly, sociable, and trustworthy
  • Culturally aware and team-oriented
  • Empathetic with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Adaptable, proactive, and organized
  • Committed to confidentiality and service excellence
