For our partner hotel in Geneva, we are looking for a Hotel Manager 100% (a) starting July 1, 2025 or by mutual agreement.
The Holiday Inn Express Geneva features 154 rooms and was built in a contemporary, modern style, offering excellent value for money. Each of the comfortable and modern guest rooms is equipped with a shower and toilet, business corner, modem connection, and television with pay-TV.
This fully air-conditioned hotel is located near the airport and just a few minutes from Palexpo, ICC, WTC, IATA, and the Arena. A free shuttle service to and from the airport is available for guests. In addition to the 154 rooms, the hotel also offers the Meet Smart Meeting Program, a business corner, the Great Room for breakfast, as well as a bar and lounge.
We're looking for a Hotel Manager with a background in Sales & Marketing. Your main tasks will be implementing a Sales & Marketing Strategy to improve revenue and guest satisfaction. The main focus will not be in the operations of the hotel, but the strategy for the positioning in the market.
Completed Swiss Hotel Management School education
Experience in Sales & Marketing
Revenue Management knowledge
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Strong leadership skills combined with high social competence and a clear, consistent management style
Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of flexibility
Fluent in French and English (mandatory), German is a plus
A responsible and diverse role in an established hotel
