Are you a hands-on leader who leads by example rather than just overseeing? Do you believe in actively working alongside your team to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction? If so, we want you as our Floor Supervisor Housekeeping (m/f/d) to support, guide, and work directly with our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively clean and support the team in maintaining guest rooms and public areas – this is a hands-on role, not just supervision
• Lead by example by working side-by-side with your team, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Inspect rooms and public areas to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Assist in organizing daily housekeeping tasks and workflow to optimize productivity
• Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring high team morale
• Manage linen and cleaning supply stock, ensuring availability and proper use
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly

Your Profile:

• Experience in housekeeping or a similar leadership role
• Hands-on mentality – willing to actively participate in cleaning and supporting the team
• Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead and motivate others
• Good German or English skills, additional languages are a plus
