Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, relaxation areas, showers, toilets, and guest areas.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa at all times.
• Replenish towels, amenities, beverages, and guest supplies as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Support the spa team in preparing treatment rooms and guest areas.
• Ensure locker rooms and wet areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with laundry handling and the distribution of clean linen.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to their requests promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
• Very good communications skills in English 
• Ability to find creative solutions taking while ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Must be self-motivated
• Team-work oriented
• Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
