With nearly 60% of our bookings generated through negotiated business, Travel Trade is our most important distribution channel. We work closely with tour operators, travel agencies, and other distribution partners to position our hotels and destinations successfully in international source markets.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Manager Trade Marketing to join our Commercial team. In this key role, you will develop and execute trade marketing initiatives that strengthen our partnerships, support our sales teams, and increase the visibility of our hotels and destinations across the global travel trade.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies across key international source markets.
• Create and manage high-quality B2B and B2B2C marketing materials for tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, and internal sales teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic trade partners.
• Manage co-marketing budgets, campaign implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Develop compelling sales presentations, destination stories, hotel USPs, campaign toolkits, and market-specific sales materials.
• Ensure consistent, professional, and brand-compliant communication across all trade channels.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Sales Offices (CSOs), Regional Sales Offices (RSOs), hotel teams, brand partners, and external agencies.
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets across multiple hotels, destinations, and international markets.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in trade marketing, hospitality marketing, travel trade marketing, tourism marketing, or a related commercial marketing role.
• Strong understanding of tour operator, travel agency, and intermediary distribution models.
• Proven experience in developing effective B2B and B2B2C marketing materials.
• Experience managing co-marketing campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate hotel and destination USPs into compelling sales tools.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
• Experience working with international hotel brands, resorts, tourism organizations, or destination marketing is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, hotel operations, and external partners.
