Your Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail

• Participate in a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests

• Overall responsibility for operations at the station

• Plan, train, and lead Demi Chef and Commis MEGU

• Oversee goods receiving, storage, and adherence to all standards

• Continuously optimise the sustainable kitchen concept and provide guidance to reduce food waste

• Participate in menu development and quality improvement

Your Profile

• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence in all areas

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef/cook EFZ or equivalent three-year vocational training in gastronomy

• Several years of experience as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie with experience in Japanese cuisine

• Leadership experience and strong organisational skills

• High degree of innovation, expertise in sustainability, and knowledge of modern kitchen trends

• Very good English skills as the company language

• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment
