WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach the team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, presentation, and overall guest experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling, daily briefings, task allocation, and operational coordination.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Support inventory control, stock management, ordering, and proper handling of F&B products.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and company standards and procedures.
• Act as the Outlet Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations and service standards.
