We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Supervisor to join our Restaurant team for the winter season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, well-experienced with fine dining, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the values of our hotel.
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and service team.
Ensure the highest standards of the company, guest satisfaction and luxury service.
Lead, motivate, and support team members during daily operations.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
Assist with staff training and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel quality standards.
Previous experience as a Service Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with all hotel departments.
Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment maintaining the standards.
Fluent German or French and English
Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
