Your key responsibilities

As part of our culinary team at Chesa Veglia, you will play an essential role in preparing our signature pizzas, which our guests highly appreciate and are central to what we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality pizzas, focaccia and other specialties according to our standards

• Supporting the ordering and stock management process

• Operating and maintaining the wood-fired oven

• Ensuring compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)

• Maintaining consistently high product quality

• Working efficiently and ensuring effective time management

Profil

What you bring to the job

To succeed in this position, you ideally bring:

• Completed professional training as a Chef or equivalent culinary qualification

• Several years of professional experience as a Pizzaiolo

• Good spoken Italian and English

• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team

• High level of commitment, reliability and flexibility

Our offer

• Fixed-term seasonal position from the beginning of December 2026 until the end of March 2027, with the possibility of returning for future seasons

• An average 5-day working week of 43.5 hours

• 5 weeks of holiday and 6 public holidays per year

• 13th-month salary from the start of employment (pro rata temporis)
