Group Finance Intern - Requirement: Own Accommodation in the Engadin

Some internships teach you how to process invoices. This one teaches you how a luxury hospitality business works. At the Kulm Group, home to the iconic Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and Grand Hotel Kronenhof, you will gain hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, business intelligence, internal controls and finance transformation.
Own Project:- Take ownership of a finance or automation improvement project
- Pitch your recommendations to senior stakeholders, with the goal of real-life implementation
Accounting:- Accounts Payable processing and invoice management
- Payment runs and cash management activities
- Accounts Receivable support
- Bank, stock and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end accounting support
Reporting & Business Intelligence:- Daily performance reporting and data validation
- Development of automated reports and alerts
- Business analytics and KPI monitoring
- Monthly management reporting
- F&B, Utilities and operational performance analysis
Income Audit & Internal Controls- Revenue reconciliation processes
- Internal audit activities
- Financial controls and compliance procedures
Start: January 2027, 6 months or longer
This is you
- Academic Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an accredited hotel management school, university, or higher education institution, with the internship serving as a mandatory, curriculum-integrated requirement.
- Understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of USALI is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills and a genuine interest in finance systems and data
- Analytical skills and a high level of accuracy with numbers
- Fluent English required; German and/or Italian an advantage
