For the expansion of our team we are looking for creative and curious individuals who aspire to get each day a little bit better at what they do.

We’re looking for a shop manager from June 2025 onwards for our sourdough bakery that focuses on organic and local grains and produce. Help us to showcase the quality of the regional produce and hereby take care and build on the community around us.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist the shop visitors

• Serve clients coffee and sell the baked goods and other shop items

• Maintaining grinders, coffee machines and other equipment

• Train team members on latte art and coffee skills

• Prepare and serve the beverages

• Inform clients about the offering and advise on the taste, the production process and ingredients

• Ensure the ambiance of the shop is welcoming and pleasant to our visitors and the shop area is maintained clean

Your profile

You are:

• Proven Barista Experience: A solid background in coffee preparation, with the ability to handle a variety of coffee-making techniques and tools.
   
• In-depth Coffee Knowledge: You possess a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and can differentiate between flavor profiles.
   
• Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled at identifying and catering to individual coffee preferences, ensuring every cup meets the customer’s expectations.
   
• Community-Oriented: You thrive on engaging with the local community, bringing warmth and approachability to every interaction.
   
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.
