We are seeking a qualified and passionate Housekeeping (m/f/d) to join our historical property.

Your main tasks

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and service areas as assigned.
• Restock housekeeping carts and manage cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment.
• Handling laundry orders
• Checking guest laundry returned from the in-house laundry

Your profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge oh hotel management systems
• Fluent in English. French and German are a strong advantage
• A minimum of a year’s experience in a luxury establishment
• Professional experience as a chambermaid/housekeeper in upscale hotels
