Your main tasks

• Perform massages and full body treatments
• Actively participate in the sale of treatments and products, i.e. actively advise and explain the spa offer
• Independent, calm and concentrated work
• Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the own treatment room after each treatment and the entire spa
• Guest care and catering
• Compliance with LQA standards
• Attend the Nescens seasonal training and adhere to Nescens' service and retail procedures throughout the season
• A clear understanding of the treatment and product philosophy of our main partner Nescens, in order to present the brand to our customers with a high level of professionalism
• If necessary, cash register accounting
• Dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Billing of the individual guest
• Receive telephone enquiries and provide information

Your profile

• You hold a diploma from a hotel management school / EFZ as a hotel specialist / BTS in Hospitality.
• You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, acquired specifically in a spa within the luxury hotel sector.
• You are bilingual in French / English; an additional language is an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Spabooker is an advantage.
• Flexible, resilient, trustworthy, ready for action, team player
• Responsible, punctual, committed, stress-resistant, able to concentrate
