Handling late check-ins and early check-outs
Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks
Checking daily service reports
Performing general cleaning duties
Guest care and providing services
Ensuring peace and order throughout the hotel, including regular patrols of the premises
Completed training in Front Office
Several years of professional experience as a Night Audit in upscale hotels
Good language skills in German, English, and French; Italian is also desirable
Reliable and responsible personality
Central staff accommodations in the heart of Zermatt
Access to the fitness room for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
Access to our pool area during staff swimming hours
