In Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5-star superior), the trendy new Schweizerhof Zermatt (4-star superior), the historic Monte Rosa (4-star), various commercial and residential buildings, as well as Hotel Täscherhof and Welcome Hotel in Täsch.

To strengthen our maintenance and technical team, we are looking for a motivated Technician starting 1 September 2026 or by mutual agreement. Apply now!

Your main tasks

• Lead, organize, and schedule the technical team (including the on-call duty roster).
• Develop and motivate the technical team to ensure high-quality work and workplace safety.
• Monitor and inspect all technical systems, including:
  • Heating systems
  • Ventilation systems
  • Air conditioning systems
  • Electrical installations
  • Indoor swimming pools
  • Refrigeration and cooling systems
  • Machinery and equipment
• Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety standards and legal regulations.
• Initiate and organize repairs, as well as general maintenance and upkeep work.
• Work closely with contractors, service providers, suppliers, directors, and general managers.
• Ensure that technical services meet guest expectations and contribute positively to the overall experience in the hotels and restaurants

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a trade, maintenance, or technical profession.
• Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and building management/control systems.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in the on-call duty rotation (1 week per month).
• Familiarity with Zermatt an advantage.
• Team player with good physical fitness.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
