We are seeking a qualified Night Portier (m/f/d) to join our historical property.

Your tasks

• Perform late check-ins and early check-outs using our hotel management system Protel On Premise
• Complete the daily night audit, including the review and reconciliation of daily postings from our restaurant outlets
• Operate the telephone switchboard and professionally handle all incoming inquiries
• Provide attentive care and assistance to our international guests throughout the night
• Offer concierge services and provide information regarding hotel facilities, transportation options, and local attractions
• Welcome, assist, and engage with guests during their overnight stay, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
• Provide dedicated attention and exceptional service to VIP guests, repeat guests, and guests celebrating special occasions
• Fulfill special guest requests during the night
• Perform various cleaning and control tasks
• Conduct regular security rounds and take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel during the night
• Support smooth night operations and ensure a comprehensive handover of relevant information to the following shifts

Your profile

• Previous experience in hotel reception or night audit is an advantage
• Experience with Protel On Premise or a comparable PMS system is desirable
• Independent, reliable, and responsible approach to work
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Strong service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in challenging situations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong numerical aptitude
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidence in handling night operations independently
