We are seeking a qualified and passionate Portier / Chasseur (m/f/d) to join our historical property.

Your tasks

• Provide seamless arrival and departure assistance for hotel guests, including luggage handling and transfers
• Carry out various internal and external errands in support of daily hotel operations
• Handle the collection, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
• Vacuum staircases, walkways, corridors, and the passage leading to the Residence.
• Clean and mop the entrance area, the Residence staircase, and the ski room.
• Deliver laundry baskets to guest floors and return them to the staff entrance once emptied.
• Vacuum all guest rooms and corridors.
• Assist room attendants with the removal and transport of soiled linen.
• Collect and dispose of waste and rubbish throughout the property.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation for arrivals, departures, and room changes.
• Deliver and set up extra beds and baby cots in guest rooms.
• Inspect, replace, and maintain light bulbs and lamps as required.
• Experience with Protel On Premise or a comparable PMS system is desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience with Protel On Premise or a comparable PMS system is desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge oh hotel management systems
• Fluent in English. French and German are a strong advantage
• A minimum of a year’s experience in a luxury establishment
