The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. The hotel offers 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.

Cycas Hospitality is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be working on property in Zurich. This position is a great opportunity for a talented person who has the desire to join a fast-growing company in an international environment. Main responsibilities will be the end-to-end bookkeeping of the Radisson Zurich entity, management of monthly Intercompany transactions and reconciliations and assisting with other accounting tasks.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

• Working experience in a hotel preferred, experience in an Accounting/Finance department is a plus
• Well versed with MS Office applications (Excel)
• Strong communicator and team player
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Experience with the EMMA PMS system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized and efficient
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Customer focused “Yes I Can”-mentality

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

You will be responsible for the on property administration and for the income audit. See below some main responsibilities.

• Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices
• Performing both sales and purchase ledger activities, including batching and coding invoices, credit notes, and payments
• Registering customer accounts and preparing aged debtor’s analysis
• Daily credit card reconciliation
• Daily booking of the bank postings
• Carrying out nominal error corrections through posting correct journal entries
• Respond to internal / external customer & vendor inquiries
• Support with the monthly and quarterly closings
• Assist to continuously improve the systems / processes
• Be an excellent problem solver and do not shy away from a challenge.
• Clear communication to the Regional Finance & Asset Manager

• Salary between CHF 4000 – 4500 gross per month depending on experience according to the Collective Labor agreement L-gav and Hotela
